You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Free plan accounts may have third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense ads) displayed on link preview pages, bio pages, and other parts of the Service. By using the Free plan, you acknowledge and agree that such ads may appear.
Paid subscribers on Starter, Growth, or Business plans will not have advertisements displayed on their links or bio pages.
We use Google AdSense to serve ads on the Service. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We have no control over the ads served by Google or the data Google collects through its advertising products.
We do not control which specific ads are shown. Ads are served automatically by Google based on page content and user signals. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.
